SUBJECT Private Agreement Between Brothers Regarding the Use of Agricultural Land

💡A text of this kind falls within the mid-to-lower price range, as it is a straightforward case: the agreement involves only two parties, requires no technical attachments or particularly complex clauses, and is not a legally binding notarial contract, but rather a private writing to be used as a clear and shared reference. In such cases, the cost is justified by the work of gathering contextual information, drafting a balanced text, and preparing a clear draft that avoids ambiguities or future misunderstandings.

The quoted fee is €80.

3. Shared expenses

4. Duration of the agreement

This private agreement shall last for 5 years from the date of signing and shall be automatically renewed unless written notice of termination is given by one of the parties at least 60 days before expiration.
